How to Initiate a Return
If you need to return an item from Sleep Token Merch, please contact us at support@shopsleep-token.com. We are dedicated to ensuring you are completely satisfied with your purchase.
Return Timeframe
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to return defective items. If the product is found to be faulty, we will process a refund once we receive it back. Please keep in mind that return shipping costs will be your responsibility.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a refund, items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. It’s important to include a receipt or proof of purchase for seamless processing.
Do not send returns to the shipping address indicated on the package.
Conditions for Partial Refunds
In some cases, we may issue partial refunds, such as:
- Items returned more than 7 days after delivery.
- Items that are returned missing components or damaged due to factors beyond our control.
We will notify you via email once we have received your return and assessed its condition. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5 business days, and the amount will be credited to your original payment method within another 5 business days.
Issues with Refunds
If your refund has not arrived after the specified time, please verify your bank account. If you still do not see it, reach out to your credit card company, as processing times can vary. For further assistance, contact us at support@shopsleep-token.com.
Sale Items Policy
Items bought during a sale are not eligible for refunds. Only items purchased at regular prices can be returned, with possible exceptions evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Defective Item Replacements
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will replace it. To arrange an exchange, please email us at support@shopsleep-token.com.
Change of Mind Policy
We regret to inform you that we cannot process returns for change of mind. Returns are only accepted for defective or incorrectly shipped products.

Return Shipping Fees
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and your refund will be reduced by the amount of return shipping costs. If you live in a remote area, please expect longer transit times for returns. We recommend tracking your package or obtaining shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Cancelling Your Order
You have the right to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. A restocking fee of $10.00 will apply to all cancellations.
While we strive to accommodate cancellations, we cannot guarantee order cancellations after 24 hours. To cancel your order, please email us at support@shopsleep-token.com.
Modifying Your Order
If you need to make changes to your order, you can do so within 24 hours of placing it.
Refunds will only be issued under these circumstances:
- You did not receive your order.
- It has been less than 24 hours since you placed your order.
