1. Order Processing Time
All orders are typically processed within 3 to 5 business days from the order date. The carrier selected will depend on your location, and we aim to use the fastest service available. Please note that orders are processed Monday through Friday and will not be handled on weekends or holidays. Shipping estimates do not account for processing times or any delays caused by weekends or holidays.
2. Shipping Timeframes
Once your order is shipped, you can expect delivery within 10 to 14 business days for most locations. For countries outside Europe, the USA, Canada, and the UK, the delivery timeframe may extend to 16 to 25 business days, though many customers receive their items sooner. All orders come with a tracking number, allowing you to monitor the shipment’s progress. Be aware that customs or postal delays may occur, which are outside our control. If an item is temporarily unavailable, additional manufacturing time of 7 to 10 days may be required before shipment.
3. Responsibility for Shipping Information
It is crucial that you provide accurate shipping information. Once your order is confirmed, we are unable to modify any details. Sleep Token Merch cannot take responsibility for packages sent to incorrect addresses entered by the buyer.
4. Returned Packages
If a package is returned as undeliverable, a processing fee of $15.00 will be deducted from your refund.
5. Refusal of Delivery
Should you refuse delivery of your order from Sleep Token Merch, a handling fee of $15.00 will also be deducted from your refund.
6. Missing Packages
If your tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact the courier listed in your shipment confirmation email. Sleep Token Merch does not issue refunds for packages marked as delivered and is not liable for any items lost or stolen during transit.
7. Customs Duties and Taxes
Please be aware that we cannot predict whether you will incur customs duties or taxes. You are responsible for any fees imposed by your government.
8. Warehouse Location
We ship from our warehouse located in Asia. Orders will be dispatched from this warehouse based on product availability.
9. Delivery Estimates
While we provide estimated delivery times, please allow an extra 1 to 3 business days for shipments to rural addresses due to potential courier delays.
